Processing Time:

All orders are processed within a week. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the US. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited Shipping:

We are only shipping to the US and Canada for the time being.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

Page Six Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

You may return items for a full refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase, provided they are not marked as final sale or otherwise indicated as non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. For gift sets, all items in the set must be returned together to qualify for a refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns are subject to a $6.00 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

All customizable products are final sale. Please double check your order before placing.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item through our website.

Warranty

Page Six Jewelry covers the repair or replacement of our jewelry sold on our site within 1 year of purchase. However, our warranty does not cover lost items or scratches that come with normal wear and tear.

To begin the warranty process, contact us below and please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name of the product
  • Brief description of the damage and location of it
  • Clear photos of the product (1 photo of the entire item and 1 close-up of the defect area)

Product Care

Storage:

Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place, using a soft cloth pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratches and tarnish. Keep pieces separate to avoid tangling and scratching.

Cleaning:

Regularly clean your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain its shine. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap and warm water solution, gently scrubbing with a soft-bristled toothbrush. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or abrasive materials.

Wear with Care:

Put on your jewelry last when dressing to avoid exposure to makeup, hairspray, perfumes, and lotions. Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or engaging in strenuous activities to prevent exposure to chlorine, saltwater, and sweat.

Regular Maintenance:

Inspect your jewelry regularly for signs of wear or damage, especially clasps, settings, and stones. If you notice any issues, bring your jewelry to a professional jeweler for repair.

Special Care for Different Materials:

Gold and silver should be stored in anti-tarnish bags or cloths and cleaned with a polishing cloth. Gemstones should be cleaned with a damp cloth and kept away from heat and sunlight. Pearls need to be wiped with a soft, damp cloth after each wear and stored in a breathable pouch to maintain their luster.
